Rogia.
Our premium whisky will be called Rogia.
Rogia means holy water in Celtic and that is the correct name for this whisky.
We put some rules to be called that way :
Small batch to 64 liters
Cask strenght
Single cask
First fill barrels.
That means that the Rogia is always sold in small batches to 128 bottles. The smallers barels give more and fasdter taste to the spirit so people think that it's much older then it's really is.
Ryggia.
Our second brand will be called Ryggia.
Rogia means wild beast in Nordic. The Vikings heared the name Rogia and they didn't know the word in the language. But they had the word Ryggia so the water that runs in Bruges went from holy water to wild beast.
